INÉ

INÉ, the latest venture by Chef Takuya Watanabe following the success of Taku, is located at 16 Hampstead High Street. This modern Japanese restaurant masterfully blends traditional design elements with contemporary aesthetics. Our approach to the design of INÉ focuses on creating an environment that fosters curiosity and invites exploration, starting with the entrance. The metal screen at the entrance is designed to create a sense of intrigue, drawing visitors into the sophisticated interior.

The main Omakase area is inspired by the Japanese rice box (Masu), with bespoke pendant lights that mimic rice drops, adding a subtle yet striking feature to the space. This design choice enhances the visual appeal and creates a warm and intimate atmosphere, perfect for the refined dining experience that INÉ offers.

Upstairs, the design continues to impress with a private dining room and a dedicated sake and dessert bar. These spaces are designed to showcase curated artworks, blending cultural elements with modern elegance. The private dining room offers an exclusive setting for guests, while the sake and dessert bar provides a unique area for patrons to enjoy meticulously crafted beverages and sweets in an artful environment.

Every detail of INÉ's design has been carefully considered to create a harmonious balance between tradition and modernity, ensuring that the dining experience is not only about the exceptional food but also about the captivating ambiance that surrounds it.
